Maybe a bit off topic but - Web Analyzer

Might be a bit off topic, but does anybody know any good Web Analyzer software that works with IIS for giving statistics on usage? (visits/hits/peaks/etc). Preferably something that is not open source (my boss is not a big open source fan).Microsoft Application Center Test that comes with Visual Studio, tried that?
