I'm implementing a web application that have some performance issues
I need some advice regarding how to test the application:
- What performance counters should I consider to check the application performance?...
- Which is a better tool to test? Microsoft Web Application Stress? or Microsoft Application Center Test?... does they really give good results? Any site or info regarding how to analize their results?...

I would recommend to use application center test. it's purpose is to provide high load and long duration stress test plus analyzing performace and scalability problems.
