maybe a stupid question....

I upgraded my website, build with VS2003, to VS2005.
The VS2003 version runs on a IIS server.
If I want to replace it by the VS2005 version, do I need to update anything
on the IIS server, i.e. .NET2.0?

Yes, if you recompile your project in VS2005 to target .NET 2.0, you need to
upgrade the server to the .NET Framework 2.0.
